Digital transformation – the latest industry buzz driving ‘agile transformations‘. We see an explosion of practices and‚ new ways of working‘ such as Agile, DevOps and now the latest ITIL4. ITIL4 talks about ‘co-creation’ of value? But what does that look like? We have been promising for years to deliver value and failing? In this session I will present the latest set of top scoring ABC (Attitude, behavior, Culture) global worst practices – taken from more than  50 organizations in the last 2 years. We will ask the audience to vote on practices they recognize and then together with the panel discussion we will explore ways to solve these challenges.
