| 20th April 2020 Dear Colleagues, We invite you to attend this week’s Chapter Leadership Conference. The Chapter Leadership Conference is an important event for itSMF International, hosted by the International Executive Board (IEB). This event is an opportunity to meet with other chapter leaders from around the world (both past and present), setting the vision and strategy for the organization. The first CLC for 2020 is a virtual conference to be held April 22-25 around the globe. The financial benefits of a virtual event (vs. physical) enable us to broaden the scope of the event as well as our participants. This year we invite members of the ITSM community to participate in several ways:itSMF Chapter and emerging chapter participation is expanded this year: It includes all chapter leadership roles: Board of Director, Committee Chairs / Leaders of any regional, local or special interest groups.Chapter participants can enjoy the opening and closing sessions and all breakout sessionsFormer IEB members are welcome to join us and provide some historical perspectives and the voice of your experience.Sessions will “follow the sun” to incorporate all of our chapters and meetings will be available “on demand” following the event. Our welcoming keynote and several breakouts are able to be attended globally.We have a great introductory keynote lined up with Ken Wendle and Ron Frost as well as updates from the IEB.
