If you’re a service management practitioner (in IT or elsewhere in an enterprise, like HR) we invite you to present a case study and tell us some of the great things you’ve done with your efforts.
Thought leaders and subject matter experts your knowledge and guidance will be appreciated by all of our attendees. While many of you have become household names in your own region, feel free to select a region elsewhere in the world. This is a great opportunity to present in front of a new audience without having to travel around the world to get there!
This is a virtual, follow-the-sun event. Speakers may opt to present in any of the regional time zones as we work our way around the world:

Conference Schedule
As you can imagine, creating a global conference is challenging due to the “follow the sun” nature of the event. There will be a 10am Keynote in 4 areas of the globe: NY, London, Sydney and Bangalore, which translates to two “prime time” keynotes in most areas. Breakout tracks will be held at the times shown for New York, London, Sydney or Bangalore.
