Stronger together. Those two words perfectly describe the jam-packed days of learning and sharing we recently experienced together. It’s been one month since itSMF International hosted Service Management Days, and the feedback has been resoundingly positive. We realize this event would not have been possible without the overwhelming volunteer support of our International community. We sincerely thank the over 900 people representing 89 countries who attended, the phenomenal speakers, our International Chapters who supported the event, and of course, our sponsors. Because of you, we united under one common purpose; to learn and grow as a Service Management community.
As we turn our attention to the year ahead, we look to build on this early success.
